I recently stayed at the Saddle Inn in York and had a fantastic experience. the landlady was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the rooms were spacious and clean, with the bonus of en-suite bathrooms and a large shared shower room. Our bed was a bit creaky but surprisingly comfortable. the staff went above and beyond to assist us during our stay, especially since we were there for a wedding. the secure private car park was a nice touch for those arriving by car. As a frequent traveler who values hospitality and cleanliness, I highly recommend the Saddle Inn for a pleasant stay in York.
